All merchandise purchased from Revelation Grace Church is custom printed and fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and what to expect.

1. Order Processing:

Once your order is placed, Printify begins production immediately.
Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product type.
Custom or personalized orders may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Shipping times vary based on the product and your location. Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–10 business days after production
Canada: 5–15 business days after production
Europe: 7–15 business days after production
Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days after production

Note: These are estimated shipping times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product size/weight.
Any shipping promotions or discounts are applied automatically at checkout if available.

4. Order Tracking:

After your order is shipped, Printify provides a tracking number via the email associated with your order.
You can track your package with the carrier provided to see the current delivery status.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please follow Printify’s Returns & Refunds process: https://printify.com/returns/
