Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Revelation Grace Church through our merchandise! All products are custom printed and fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. Because of the nature of these products, we handle refunds and returns according to Printify’s policies.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds:

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

  • Was not received (lost in shipping, after confirming with the carrier)

Please note: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the order.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Printify Returns Page: https://printify.com/returns/

  2. Submit your request through the online form, providing your order number, details of the issue, and photos of any damaged items if applicable.

  3. Printify will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Note: Refunds are processed according to Printify’s policies and the payment method used when placing the order.

3. Additional Information:

  • Shipping costs for returns are generally covered by Printify if the item is damaged or defective.

  • If your request is not related to a defect or error, Printify may not provide a refund.

  • Orders placed through the church website are fulfilled by Printify, so all refunds or replacements go through their system.
